Case Study - Automating multi-market e-commerce from storefront to fulfilment
Ekomall is a multi-market e-commerce platform based in Lagos, Nigeria. We built an automation system that manages inventory, sales, and buyer-seller connections — plus an AI agent that handles commerce execution across WhatsApp and Instagram.

Overview
Ekomall operates a multi-market e-commerce platform that connects thousands of buyers and sellers across Nigeria. As the platform scaled, the operational load became unsustainable — inventory discrepancies, delayed order processing, and manual coordination across storefronts were draining the team and limiting growth.
WuraFlow was brought in to eliminate these bottlenecks. We started with a full operations audit, mapping every manual touchpoint from product listing to fulfilment. The result was a clear automation roadmap prioritised by impact and feasibility.
We built an integrated automation layer that synchronises inventory in real time across all storefronts, routes orders automatically to the correct sellers, and triggers fulfilment workflows without human intervention. Stock levels, pricing updates, and order statuses now flow through a single unified system.
The centrepiece of the engagement was an AI-powered commerce agent deployed on WhatsApp and Instagram. Buyers can browse products, place orders, and track deliveries entirely through chat — no app download required. The agent handles natural-language queries, processes payments, and escalates edge cases to human operators only when necessary.
